- Your organization and authorized users: administrators and users within your organization (and, where applicable, affiliated dealers, monitoring centers, or business entities) based on role-based access controls.
- Service providers: vendors that help us run the Services (for example, hosting/infrastructure, databases, monitoring/telemetry, email delivery, customer support tooling, analytics, and error monitoring). They are authorized to use information only to perform services for us.
- Telephony and messaging providers: if enabled, we may share phone numbers and message/voice metadata necessary to deliver SMS/voice notifications and related functionality.
- Third-party integrations you enable: when you connect third-party systems, we may share information with those providers as directed by your configuration and permissions.
